Hi Gokhan,

Can you be more specific?

1.) Would you like to make a gear program with a current gear CAD model?

2.) Do you want to export the CAD gear to use in Calypso or elsewhere?

3.) Do you want to see the probe measure the CAD as the CMM is measuring?

4.) Do you want to see the probe measure the Gear CAD in simulation?

I don't believe you can make an entire program with a CAD model,

You can import your CAD from the top menu Model-->Cad Interface-->Import (SAT/SAB,STP,IGES). This should populate # Teeth, Pressure Angle, Diametral Pitch, Face Width. However, my experience is that it doesn't always populate everything, or correctly 100% of the time.

This data should be available on the Blueprint drawing.

If it were it populate the gear data 100% accurately, it will not set up the tolerances and measurements for you. You will have to do that.

Share a copy of the gear data and tolerances, and I'll be happy to help.
