Hi Luthando, Please go to the Windows "settings" >>"Apps">>then search "ZEN license" and uninstall it. Then re-run the Labscope Teacher installer. It should work then. (the "ZEN license" software will be re-installed as well together with the Labscope Teacher)...

Could you try to reset the camera or power off the camera and re-open the Labscope to see whether the situation is still there?

Hi Scott, Those ERc 5s which lost connects are not just repeatedly happening on several same cameras but just randomly? Is this the situation on your side? If so, we recommend the same as you do to re-start the cameras which go offline. We had similar test cases when camera is working for long hours...
