Dear David,

please see attached document.
Theoretically, 12 devices should be connected to a Primostar 3 via LAN connection.
Also pay attention to the bandwidth which is provided by the router.
This must be sufficient for the connected iPads.

Dear Catarina, sorry for the late reply. I am not aware of the behavior with the freezing Labscope software. At first I would suggest to install Labscope version 3.3 and check if the problem still existing. If the problem is not fixed then please tell us the installed OS version and your PC hardware...

Dear Rob Schnittker,

it depends on the router/access point which you have and what bandwidth they provide.
In a test with a powerful router, 51 iPad's could be connected at the same time.
What kind of access point do you have?

please can you post the link where you tried to download the Labscope software?
You should able to download it from the ZEISS portal. Therefor you have to register.
