you are right. It should work according to the manual.
We were able to reproduce this problem.

Our 3rd Level support will now have a look to this.

Dear Anja,

the recognition of the reflector cubes and objectives are only work if you connect the camera via Ethernet cable.
This will not work via USB cable.
