Primostar HD Dynamic IP address possible?

Easy question I think.

Can we stably control a PrimostarHD with a dynamic IP address on a network as long as the IPAD + Labscope are connected to the same network. Does this also mean that the subnet needs to be the same?
OR
DO we have to assign the camera a static IP via the router for most reliable access?

What are there suggested IOS + labscope version combinations to best stabilize in the dynamic environment?

Hi,

In general, the static IP doesn't help with the stability if the network works fine. The iPad and camera should be in same subnet. Otherwise, you have to input the IP manually in Labscope.

The latest version of Labscope and iOS gives the best experience.
