Hi Luthando,

Please go to the Windows "settings" >>"Apps">>then search "ZEN license" and uninstall it. Then re-run the Labscope Teacher installer. It should work then. (the "ZEN license" software will be re-installed as well together with the Labscope Teacher)

BR,
Lester

When I go to your links and click on "Labscope installation file for Windows," it takes me to a page that says "Page not found- the requested page does not exist."

Hi is Labscope 3.2 compatible with Windows 10 1909.

We can get it to install on Windows 10 20H2 but we get the error Labscope requires Microsoft Media Feature Pack when we attempt to install on 1909. We are not running Windows 10 N and installing the update mentioned here viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2104 does not help?

We don't plan to upgrade from 1909 until later in the year.

Thanks,

Simon

Dear Simon,

Labscope 3.2 should be compatible with Windows 10 20H2

Please open the setting "Turn Windows features on or off" in the control panel and check if the check boxes are activated for "Media Features" and "Windows Media Player" (see attachment)
If not please activate it and try to install Labscope again.

With best regards
Maik Drabent

We had to remove Media Features which were already installed. Reboot, and then readd the media features Windows Media Player. Hope this helps somebody else as the error message is not in any way accurate or helpful.

Thanks,

Simon
