Labscope Teacher installation error

I downloaded and attempted to install Labscope Teacher 1.2 (ZEISS-Labscope-2020-full-version-v-44656.exe) on my ThinkPad Win 10 laptop and got the error "InstallNetFramework35SP1-1:Error! ResultCode is -2146498529" I ran the install file 3 times with this result. Please advise.
