Labscope for Windows download link broken?

I have tried to download Labscope for Windows from the download page. When clicking on the link labeled "Labscope Installation File for Windows" it takes me to a "page not found" error page.

It doesn't seem to be possible to download this software currently.

Hello Perry Bain,

I have tested the link and for me it was possible to open the Labscope download website.

There are two reasons why it not works for you:
1. The Server was down during your try
2.You have to register for the ZEISS portal to download the software.
You can register on the following page: https://portal.zeiss.com/
Please use your company email address, other you will not get access to the download center.

Hi folks,

I'm also trying to use the same link to download labscope for windows and have an error. Does this mean the Zeiss server is down just now and I should try again later, or is there a problem with my Zeiss registration?

I tried the link and it works very well for me.

Does the problem still exist on your site?

Dear Maik,
I have the same problem. When I use the download link, I get an error message (Seite nicht gefunden
Die angeforderte Seite existiert nicht.) I've registered on Zeiss Portal four days ago with my company e-mail, and verified my e-mail adress afterwards.

Dear Christine,

I can't reproduce the problem.

Maybe the forwarding the ZEISS portal login page is blocked.
As a workaround please login to the ZEISS portal first (https://portal.zeiss.com/).Then you can navigate to the Download Center and the Labscope software.
Please can you send a screenshot of the error message?
The address line should be visible in the screenshot. Maybe there is a lock on the left or right site.
Which Browser do you use?
