Hi,
I recently installed Labscope 3.2 for Windows. Whenever I open the settings, there is no way of saving the new settings and go back to the app. The only way to exit settings is to force exit the app, which then doesn't save any changes.
A few of my colleagues have reported similar situations.
Has anyone experienced this, and know how can I solve it? The main thing I want to do is change the format in which the pictures are saved (to jpg).
Thank you.

Re: Labscope 'freezes' opening settings in Windows
Dear Catarina,
sorry for the late reply.
I am not aware of the behavior with the freezing Labscope software.
At first I would suggest to install Labscope version 3.3 and check if the problem still existing.
If the problem is not fixed then please tell us the installed OS version and your PC hardware configuration.
With best regards

I am using windows 11 and it also freezes for me as well whenever I try to open the settings. I also wanted to ask that Is Internet necessary for Labscope or can we work offline with this software?

Dear Judy,
which version of Labscope do you use?
You don't need a connection to internet when you use Labscope in a network.

You can check your IP address via ifconfig and try again. Remember you can use ping or any tool to check if you have external connection available via 192.168.l.254, or any other IP address.
Samples:
ping 192.168.1.254
ping 192.168.0.1
