How to swap order of 2 channels in CZI file?

Post by Lug Maxwell »

Hello,

I analyze several sets of CZI files, 3 channels, with a customized program. One set was incorrectly acquired with channel 1 and 2 reversed (2 1 3 instead of 1 2 3). Is there a way to correct the channel order under ZEN blue?

Thank you.

It always depends a bit on how complicated the imge is, but the following steps may help

Click on the Processing-Tab
and search Method
'Create Image Subset'
Choose 'Image Parameters', 'Input' and select your multi channel image.
Now you can select the channels one by one in 'Parameters' and press 'Apply' for each.

After the last step each channel of your image is in a separate file.

To put all 'single' channels together in a new image use 'Add Channels'
