Sorting images using keywords

Post by Mohammad Naser »

Is there any way to sort the files using the keywords saved on the 'info' tab of the .czi files?

With the GUI of Zen blue this is not possible.

But with the Macro Environment you can read the Metainformation, e.g.

Code: Select all

image = Zen.Application.Documents[0]
keywords = image.Metadata.Keywords
and build your own sorted list.

Organize in Categories or Folders:

Hello, I think you should look for options within the metadata or properties panel that allow you to sort the files based on the keywords. This might involve clicking on the column header or using a sorting function within the panel. The exact method can vary depending on the specific version and configuration of the Zeiss software you are using. Check more information on territorial io
