Dear forum members
Wonder if it is possible to store the stitched tile scan instead of the stack containing the individual tiles. I am using an LSM 880 with ZEN 2.1 i think
Thanks in advance
Kind regards

Storing stitched tile scan
Sorry for this very late reply …
There are generally two options:
First you can use the IP-Function ‚Stitching‘. In the ‚Parameter Window‘ please select the tab ‚New Output‘ where ‚Fuse Tiles‘ can be activated. There is an internal limitation of 2 Giga Byte for the resulting czi image coming from a windows (.Net) limitation.
Second the IP-Function ‚Export‘ is available and you can save the image as a ‚single image‘. Please keep in mind that the there are also limitations concerning the resulting size of the image. E.g. exporting tiled images to a certain file format is limited by the maximum file size of the target file format. Therefore BigTiff might be a choice for huger images.
