Loss of functions while using the Zen 2.3 SP1

When I am using the Zen (black edition), I found I am losing some functions of the software gradually when I am doing image processing.

For example, yesterday I can use the 3D mixed mode, but today I can not use the mixed mode any more.

Yesterday I can get the 3D Render Series file from my image, but today I can not get the Render Series file any more. When I clicked the "Apply" in Series, the software just disappeared.

What should I do? Should I install the software again?
