a) An image is segmented and particles selected
b) conditions is set; for instansce diameter >10
c) I would like to lable or colour particles that full fill the condition with a color of my choise.

using condition to lable particles
Condition to label particles
Dear Haga2000,
actually there is a workaround to label particles according to a condition.
In the first step of the image analysis wizard you need to create two different classes. In the segmentation step you use the same settings to detect the objects for both classes.
In the condition step you define a condition (in your case diameter) for both classes. For the first one you set the condition to particles smaller than 10 and for the second the condition to select particles larger than 10. The result will be that the objects will be labeled with different colors according to the class they belong to.
I hope this helps.

Re: using condition to lable particles
Haga2000! Applying conditions like diameter >10 and then color-coding the particles could be a super helpful way to quickly visualize and analyze your segmented data. Makes the insights jump right out at you, doesn't it? Looking forward to hearing more about how it turns out.user-6065 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2018 10:06 am a) An image is segmented and particles selected
