Time Series Simultaneous Processing

Post by user-6948 »

Hello,

I am working with Zen Blue 2.5. I would like to process frames from a time series experiment while it is being acquired, and stop the experiment early if needed.

Is it possible to save the frames of a time series experiment into separate images during acquisition?

Is it also possible to stop the experiment early within the Macro environment?

I'd appreciate your help or any suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Yes, you need the Experiment Feedback tool, which is part of the Advanced Processing Module.

In the Experiment Feedback Tutorial, it says "For a complete list of the available commands and their description please refer to the ZEN 3.0 (blue edition) online help".

Where could I find the online help and documentation for the commands?

Thank you.

Edit: Never mind, I've found it in the manuals in the Zen program folder. I was originally looking at the tutorial on Github.

Within Experiment Feedback, is it possible to save each frame of a time series as a separate image? I would like to process the images using an external program.

Thank you :)
